General Commercial License (WP/HTML/CSS):  There is no commercial use allowed for my templates, they are for you to design your own WordPress themes for display on your own site(s).  If you would like to be able to create themes to sell you may purchase a license from
Museni.  You may not use my templates to create WordPress themes for password protected areas, even if you have purchased a general commercial license.  I must be able to view the themes you create to ensure that my terms are being respected, for me to be able to do this they may only be sold in a shop, or public access area.  They may not be given away,  my reasons for including this is because sometimes others do not respect tou the same if  something is given freely.  I do not have guidelines for pricing your own themes of course,  but I ask that you keep what I’ve said above in mind when selling them.  I work hard on my templates and do not want them to be stolen or have my terms disrespected.
If you would like to be able to create themes for your password protected areas, You must purchase the Commercial Use License (Instead of the General Commercial License).  You do NOT have to purchase both.  The General Commercial License is included with the Commercial Use License.
