Individual Use License (WP/HTML/CSS):  You do not have to purchase a General Commercial license or a Commercial use license if you only want to purchase 1 template.  You may add a individual use license on when ordering each template if you choose to go that route instead.  If you are new to making WordPress themes I would suggest the individual license for beginning, just in case you find it’s something you aren’t interested in.  That way you are not paying for a lifetime license you won’t use.  Individual use licenses are Commercial licenses and cover all commercial purposes (including password protected areas, so long as all of my terms are met).
