*Updated on 05/22/10 – The new terms only apply to sets purchased after this date.  Any sets you’ve purchased with asis/recolor before this date are okay to use under the old terms.

Re-Color License:  This license gives you the right to re-color my tubes with colors of your own preference.  They can NOT be re-sold as tube packages, or offered as tubes.  They are for your own personal use only.

If you’d like to re-tube my tubes to sell for tube packs you MUST purchase both the “asis license” and the re-color license.  This may only be done for my own original graphics. I do not allow it on tubes I’ve made from memberships.  Any questions please e-mail me before making a purchase.  Thanks.

*I no longer allow “Re-Tubing” on my tube sets.  It’s not fair to those who purchase custom graphics from me if I allow “re-tubing”.  Until recently I haven’t had the issue come up, and since it has I have decided to no longer allow “re-tubing” at all. So if you purchase the re-color license it is for your own personal use only, and can only be used in end use projects to make the tubes match the rest of your project (websets, stationary etc.)… No tubing purposes.
