Tube License:  This license gives you the right to tube my outlines and/or bases.  There are always terms that need to be respected so please be sure to read them before making a purchase.  My bases may not be re-tubed.  I usually include a pre-shaded (grayscale) base & a lineart base for you to color on your own if you prefer to shade yourself.  I do not allow ANYONE to “tube” or color for someone else.  I do not allow anyone to offer “grayscale” tubes for their members/customers to recolor.  Basically it gives you the right to color my graphics and offer them as tube packages.
